Terms

Note That Down is made by Vessel Applications (“we”), based in Austin, Texas. These terms cover the iPhone app and this site. By making an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Note That Down is free. You save links, and each morning we send you a letter that summarizes them. You need to be at least 13 to make an account.

You're responsible for what you save. To write your letter, we fetch the public page or video captions behind each link. The articles and videos belong to the people who made them. Every link in your letter opens the original, and your letters are for your own personal use.

Summaries and verdicts are written by AI. They can be wrong or leave things out, so read the original before you rely on anything. Nothing in a letter is professional advice.

Please don't misuse the service. That means no flooding it with automated saves, no trying to get into other people's accounts, no reverse engineering it, and no using it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

You can delete your account at any time: open the iPhone app and go to Settings, then Delete account. We may change or stop the service. If we shut it down, we'll try to tell you first.

The app is provided as is, with no warranties. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-data damages from using it.

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its support, and the App Store's own terms also apply when you download it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Using the app after that means you accept the new version.

Questions: write to us on Support. How we handle data is on the Privacy page.
